Strategic Account Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Strategic Client, Customer Success Data Analyst plays a key client-facing role, partnering with high-value accounts to uncover needs, define strategies, and deliver data-driven solutions that support business goals.

In Short

• Monitor service levels, client satisfaction, and activity to proactively identify issues or opportunities.
• Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and internal systems.
• Identify data quality issues and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new solutions.
• Prepare and present analytical insights for Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Manage data integration solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with account representatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis on contact drivers.
• Develop and maintain client-specific SOPs and workflows.
• Provide training and create job aids for departmental needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required; 4+ years of experience in customer support or data analytics.
• Proven expertise in data analysis, reporting, and customer success.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Teams, and Salesforce CRM.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
• Internal FA experience is a plus.
