Order Creation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Order Creation Specialist is responsible for managing background check orders and ensuring effective communication with clients regarding any discrepancies.

In Short

• Initiate background and identity checks.
• Encode data within the Sterling database.
• Scrutinize and analyze incoming files for completion and inconsistencies.
• Notify clients/candidates regarding incomplete or incorrect information.
• Disseminate information to respective departments.
• Answer questions/inquiries from customers and internal teams.
• Initiate file closure procedures.

Requirements

• College graduate of any course, no experience required.
• Undergraduates must complete at least 2 years in college, with at least 1 year BPO experience.
• Business management, behavioral science, and office administration courses a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledgeable in basic computer applications.
• Above average written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 35 wpm typing speed.
