Overview

The Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will drive reliability, resilience, and operational excellence across systems at First Advantage, a leader in background screening solutions.

In Short

• Lead reliability initiatives across high-availability SaaS systems.
• Build and maintain distributed systems and automation tooling.
• Champion proactive reliability engineering and monitoring.
• Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using various tools.
• Implement observability stacks for system performance.
• Serve as Incident Commander for production incidents.
• Drive data-driven root-cause analysis and improvements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams.
• Foster strong cross-functional partnerships.

Requirements

• 7+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Azure and AWS.
• Proficiency in CI/CD and automation.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Leadership in incident response and management.
• Strong Linux skills and scripting abilities.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong systems and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with incident management frameworks.
