Overview

The Head of Information Security Project Management Office (PMO) at First Advantage will lead the planning, execution, and governance of all cybersecurity programs and initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence across various security portfolios.

• Lead the Information Security PMO with established standards and processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in Project Management, 5+ in cybersecurity.
• Experience building and leading PMO functions.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO, PCI DSS).
• Strong communication and executive presence.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications preferred.
• Able to manage ambiguity and prioritize in dynamic environments.
