Overview

The Employee Experience Specialist will facilitate engagement activities, generate impactful communications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

In Short

  • Organize and implement engagement initiatives to promote team cohesion.
  • Manage and optimize the Employee Engagement Platform.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess engagement activities' impact.
  • Develop and disseminate clear communications for the Customer Care team.
  • Create and maintain a formal communications calendar.
  • Gather feedback from employees to recommend improvements.
  • Prepare reports on engagement activities and communication effectiveness.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communications or marketing is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications or employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
