Overview

The Clinical Services Representative performs administrative tasks to obtain medical services results for Drug and Occupational Health programs, managing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

In Short

• Manages client inquiries related to medical services results.
• Handles requests from a dedicated mailbox.
• Releases results stuck in review queues.
• Clears issues related to exceptions and escalations.
• Maintains timely management of medical documents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-year Client Service/Support experience required.
• Preferred: Knowledge of US Department of Transportation Drug & Alcohol Regulations.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to meet daily metrics with high accuracy.
