Overview

The Client Performance Specialist is responsible for overseeing the performance of a HealthCare specific client’s Concierge program, ensuring the delivery of solution-driven results and client service excellence to both internal and external customers.

In Short

  • Proactively review open orders and their statuses for assigned client(s).
  • Identify and report on trends and insights relevant to client performance.
  • Lead client-facing meetings to review open orders and provide updates.
  • Align internal teams with clear actions based on client interactions.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for client-related issues.
  • Prepare customized reports tracking key performance metrics.
  • Share information and insights with team members.
  • Serve as a liaison between team members and various departments.
  • Provide backup support to other functional areas as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to service fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

  • Highly adaptable to changing needs and priorities.
