Overview

The primary responsibility for the position is to cross check all the records entered for the applicants who apply for jobs with our clients as per the rules.

In Short

• Perform online research on criminal records.
• Quality check of applicant records.
• Follow quality guidelines and meet targets set by the Team Leader.
• Adhere to IT Policy and Data Security guidelines.
• Work from home, primarily from Mumbai with a base location in Bangalore.
• Shift timing aligns with US/Canada hours.

Requirements

• Typing speed of 24 wpm with 90% accuracy.
• Ability to comprehend and articulate information.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
• Good communication skills.
• High customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of email etiquette.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience of 6 months to 1 year preferred.
