As an HR Manager focusing on Recruiting, you will support the team in attracting and developing talent, ensuring a motivating work environment and long-term performance.

• Attract new employees, including potential doctoral candidates through various channels, including Active Sourcing on LinkedIn.
• Responsible for the entire application process from needs analysis to candidate selection and process optimization.
• Organize internal and external recruiting events and job fairs.

• Maintain relationships with existing partners and acquire new potential partners.

Requirements

• Completed studies in economics, social sciences, or humanities with at least 2 years of experience in HR, ideally with a focus on recruiting.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Great enthusiasm for HR topics, high initiative, and creative ideas.
• Discretion, trustworthiness, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in German at a native level.
• Proficient in common MS Office programs.
