Overview

This role involves empowering BCBAs to start their own practice, focusing on providing autism care and support.

In Short

• Collaborate on setting up practice guidelines and processes.
• Handle billing and insurance communications.
• Provide supervision for Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as needed.
• Conduct assessments and progress reporting.
• Design and deliver training programs for staff and parents.
• Ensure evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Train and supervise clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families on behavior support strategies.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field.
• Valid BCBA Certification.
• Applicable licensure for practice in New Mexico.
• Minimum three years of ABA experience, supervisory preferred.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
