• Work in a fixed team traveling from event to event.
• No prior experience necessary for runner roles; training provided.
• Supervisors and heads will have leadership responsibilities.
• Flexible working hours to adapt to the dynamic nature of festivals.
• Collaboration with other staff and event organizers.
