Logistics Management for Festivals and Events - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized person to support our crew as a planner and dispatcher for event logistics of our sustainable festival toilets, ensuring a memorable experience for festival-goers.

In Short

• Part-time position (15-20 hours/week) from April to October 2025, with possible extension.
• Involvement in logistics for over 40 events across Germany.
• Research and market analysis for logistics and rental services.
• Hands-on experience at 2-3 events to understand operations and products.
• Assignment of transport routes for vehicles and rental services.
• Tracking and documentation of deliveries and pickups.
• Reporting for billing and quality assurance.
• Monitoring and optimizing transport routes for ecological efficiency.
• Collaboration with project management to create schedules.
• Coordination with various departments and external service providers.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics management, project management, or sales is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of business administration and proficiency in Excel.
• Able to quickly learn digital tools and new software.
• Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on mentality with flexibility and improvisation skills.
