Overview

The Billing Analyst will provide support to clients and Sales on billing-related matters in a highly technical environment, requiring a mix of fintech and interpersonal skills.

In Short

  • Provide support for billing-related queries and issues.
  • Triage customer requests and engage internal departments for resolution.
  • Analyze invoices and provide explanations of charges.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Salesforce for reporting.
  • Collaborate with various departments to complete vendor forms.
  • Handle customer purchase orders and correlate them to invoices.
  • Assist with general Finance inquiries and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure accurate and timely deliverables for customers.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Perform additional duties as requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in billing support or product support.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, vlookups, pivot tables).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially for non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of M&A, financial or legal sectors is an advantage.
