Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Findhelp, you will play a crucial role in building lasting customer relationships and ensuring optimal product experiences for clients in the social care sector.

In Short

  • Proactively engage clients to drive product adoption.
  • Develop relationships with key customer champions.
  • Manage client and project communications.
  • Track customer usage metrics and respond to issues.
  • Create and deliver Executive Business Reviews.
  • Take ownership of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Manage escalations and expectations.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for clients.
  • Train customer staff on using Findhelp’s tools.
  • Advocate for customer success and drive renewals.

Requirements

  • Strong desire to make a positive impact.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years in account management or customer success.
  • Experience with SaaS application support.
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented.
  • Experience with social determinants of health.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and negotiations.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations.
