• Responsible for the "Customer & Operations Enablement" area.
• Design self-service experiences for customers and efficient automated processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

• Ensure high quality from idea to launch with engineering & QA.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand their needs.
• Understand the connections between CRM and ticketing systems.
• Work with Legal & Compliance to translate regulatory requirements into efficient processes.
• Define measurable goals and optimize features based on data.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in Fintech or SaaS.
• Good technical understanding of APIs and backend systems.
• Enjoy analyzing and simplifying complex processes.
• Structured and clear in communication and prioritization.
• Ability to recognize user needs and find effective solutions.
• Affinity for AI and experience in its practical application.
• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Ownership mentality and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup is a plus.
