Commercial Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

The role involves providing end-to-end support for the FT’s contra & barter processes, maximizing returns from partnerships, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

In Short

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintain Contra Strategy, Policy, and Procedure documentation.
• Work with FT Legal on contra contracts compliance.
• Ownership of the weekly contra ‘netting’ process.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reporting related to Contra.
• Monthly audit of all contra transactions.
• Preparation of month-end, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
• Maintain reporting on compliance with advertising policies.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in finance.
• Exposure to policy and process documentation.
• Ability to understand complex processes.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Effective organization and time management skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work autonomously and seek help when needed.
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
