Engineering Manager - Agentic IA - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a Engineering Manager to join our Agentic Platform team and help us animate the roadmap as well as managing the team and ensure the well-being of everyone. You'll work closely with the product team for prioritizing the roadmap and with the Data/IA team to structure the new platform.

• Accountable for ETAs of ongoing tasks
• Challenge product definitions, needs, timing & roadmap
• Report to the VP of Software Engineering
• Work closely with Product Management and technical leadership
• Mentor and guide team members
• Collaborate with the Data/IA team

Requirements

• 5+ years of team management experience, preferably in a start-up or scale-up
• Comfortable in a remote, async-first environment
• Strong technical skills as a Software Engineer, preferably in Javascript/Typescript
• Autonomy, ownership, and team spirit
• Interest in working on an AI-oriented platform
• Bonus: Experience in the cybersecurity field
