Filevine is seeking a Texas-based Certified Shorthand Reporter (CSR) to join our fast-moving reporter marketplace team in a flexible contractor capacity, with potential to grow into a full-time role. This position combines traditional stenographic and scopist responsibilities while advising on Texas court reporting standards.

In Short

• Produce and deliver high-quality, verbatim transcripts of legal proceedings.
• Use CAT software and transcription tools for scoping and proofreading.
• Ensure compliance with state court reporting requirements.
• Consult on transcript formatting and procedural workflows.

Requirements

• Current Texas Certified Shorthand Reporter (CSR) license.
• Familiarity with Texas procedural rules and legal terminology.
• Experience with CAT software and digital audio tools.
