In Short

• Oversee loan and corporate accounting functions.
• Ensure accurate financial data at loan and enterprise levels.
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with GAAP.
• Perform daily and monthly accounting for loan activity.
• Execute month-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate data flow.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Assist with financial audits and regulatory filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in financial services.
• Strong understanding of loan accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• CPA or progress toward certification is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
