In Short

• Lead the content function at Figure Technology Solutions.
• Develop and execute content strategy supporting business goals.
• Manage content creation across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with various teams including Marketing and Data Science.
• Analyze metrics to inform content strategies.
• Serve as a player/coach in content production.
• Oversee the content review process with Legal and Compliance.
• Build and maintain corporate messaging and narrative.
• Lead creation of data-driven thought leadership content.
• Develop messaging that resonates with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience in content roles.
• Experience in fintech or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of content management systems and SEO.
• Ability to work with Data Science on storytelling.
• Strong executive presence for engaging with senior leaders.
• Experience with project management tools.
