In Short

Lead the development and launch of new features and products, from ideation through to shipping.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, content marketers, designers, and researchers.
Engage in brainstorming sessions and technical discussions.
Contribute to and drive the technical vision for next generation products.
Participate in all stages of development, including engineering and design crits.
Mentor and guide junior engineers.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in programming languages (Typescript/Javascript, React, C++, Python, Java, Objective-C, Go, or Rust).
Proven track record of shipping user-facing features or products.
Ability to independently collaborate across functions.
Experience with the full development lifecycle.
A passion for mentoring and elevating the technical skills of your peers.
