Requirements

• Deep user empathy and understanding of complex product spaces.
• Track record of executing major user-facing initiatives.
• 4+ years managing PMs with experience coaching senior PMs.
• Skill in systems thinking and UX product design.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
