Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering or background in maths, statistics, or data analytics.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a business analytics role.
• High level of English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in strategy consulting or analytics roles at top tech firms.
• Understanding of coding languages preferred (SQL, R, Python).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage and influence stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to generate high business impact.
