The Market People Partner serves as a trusted HR advisor and leader for the NAPA People (HR) team, implementing high impact people initiatives and ensuring employee engagement.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 5 years of HR experience in a high growth environment.
• 1+ years of leadership experience without direct reporting authority.
• Collaboration skills to consult with leadership and peers.
• Strong understanding of HR components like talent acquisition and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Experience with payroll, compliance, and benefits administration.
• Ability to manage complex HR challenges.
• Familiarity with laws and regulations related to HR.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
