SEO Lead - Remote

Overview

The SEO Lead will play a pivotal role in scaling Felix’s organic growth engine by leading our search strategy across AI-optimized content, technical SEO, and organic conversion funnels.

In Short

• Own the SEO Roadmap by leading strategy and execution across technical, content, and programmatic SEO.
• Leverage generative AI tools to scale content production and optimization.
• Stay ahead of changes in user behavior due to AI tools and adapt our approach.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance site architecture and crawl optimization.
• Partner with writers and editors to publish high-quality, compliant content.
• Build dashboards to monitor organic performance and AI-generated content tests.
• Work with Creative, Medical, Brand, and Product teams to align SEO strategies with business priorities.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in SEO, growth marketing, or digital content strategy.
• Proven experience scaling organic acquisition with both traditional and AI-enhanced workflows.
• Comfort using or managing AI SEO tools.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO.
• Experience managing freelance writers and editors.
• Familiarity with Google’s evolving AI-in-search experiences.
• Bonus: Experience in regulated industries like healthcare or financial services.
