Overview

As a Marketing Manager at Felix, you will play a critical role in executing and scaling brand marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and category growth.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end creative process for digital marketing efforts.
• Assist in planning and executing Integrated Marketing Campaigns.
• Oversee real-time cultural marketing efforts.
• Establish a process for sourcing and integrating testimonials across channels.
• Manage Felix’s participation in industry events.
• Identify and scale relationships with community partners and influencers.
• Track and report on brand marketing performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing.
• Proven experience in executing brand campaigns and sponsorship activations.
• Experience managing social media and influencer partnerships.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze brand performance metrics.
• Experience in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) online brand is preferred.
