Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in field sales, ideally in renewable energy, agriculture, or similar industries.
• A genuine passion for agriculture and understanding of farmer needs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and negotiate.
• Self-initiative, goal orientation, and flexibility are among your strengths.
• Willingness to travel is not a problem for you.
• You possess a basic technical understanding of photovoltaics and energy solutions.
• You hold a Class B driver's license.
