In this role, you will drive projects at the intersection of agriculture, construction law, and photovoltaics – from the initial idea to approval or turnkey handover. You will combine expertise with diplomacy, structure with pragmatism – and ensure that good concepts become reality.

In Short

• Initiate and accompany legal procedures.
• Coordinate with municipalities, authorities, and agricultural chambers.
• Develop acceptance strategies for communities and the public.
• Evaluate dual-use potentials (e.g., livestock, agriculture under PV modules).
• Manage internal and external project stakeholders (planners, experts, lawyers, agronomists).
• Monitor project budget, timelines, and goal achievement.
• Accompany projects until construction approval or turnkey handover.
• Integrate agricultural science requirements into project planning.
• Coordinate with farmers for management during and after PV installation.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in relevant fields such as architecture, business administration, engineering, environmental technology, renewable energies, etc.
• Initial relevant experience in project development and the PV industry.
• Knowledge of contract and property law, as well as construction law, environmental impact assessments, current political frameworks, and good knowledge of authority structures.
• Systematic working method and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style with a high sense of responsibility.
