Overview

As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Feedzai, you will play an integral role in the sale of our leading RiskOps platform to high-profile Financial Institutions, partnering with the sales team to understand and address clients' business needs.

In Short

• Provide product demonstrations and lead technical sales discussions.
• Assist the sales team in leading tailored value-driven pitches.
• Understand client business needs and offer solution designs.
• Manage formal Tenders (RFPs, RFIs).
• Build formal proposals and own their lifecycle.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure proper staffing for client engagements.
• Work in a collaborative team environment.
• Travel up to 30% as required.
• Support the sales team with technical expertise.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Requirements

• BS or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant.
• Proven experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Relevant commercial/sales experience in enterprise-level software.
• Experience at a growth-stage Enterprise software SaaS company.
• Strong business acumen and presentation skills.
• Organized and self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
• Highly driven and ambitious.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
