The IT Manager (Level 2 Transmissions) at Fiserv will lead a 24x7 team responsible for managing file transmissions, ensuring critical service deliveries, and fostering team growth and development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of leadership experience in an enterprise datacenter environment.
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
• 3-5 years of experience in Mainframe Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Connect Direct/NDM and SFG is a plus.
• Thorough understanding of ITIL processes.
