Overview

This role involves managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), ensuring smooth operations, providing technical support, and enhancing user engagement through data analysis and training.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day LMS responsibilities and ensure smooth operation.
• Add new learning objects and manage courses within the LMS.
• Facilitate onboarding for internal uses of the LMS.
• Create and train on reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and training for users.
• Oversee DAP implementation and maintenance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for DAP design and programming.
• Monitor platform usage and analyze data for improvements.
• Support IT Training team in DAP usage.
• Develop a community of practice for DAP users.

Requirements

• Experience in LMS and DAP management.
• Strong technical support skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Experience in training and user support.
• Familiarity with Articulate 360 products.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in program design and implementation.
• Ability to collect and incorporate user feedback.
• Knowledge of governance and standards guidelines.
• Experience in developing metrics for performance tracking.
