Senior Client Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Client Accounting Manager with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join our team. This is a supervisory role managing a team to deliver excellent service to clients ranging from SME business owners to Finance-Admin SME staff and assist with their Singapore accounting, GST, tax, operational finance and payroll matters.

In Short

• Supervise a team to deliver accounting services to clients.
• Manage client relationships and service fees.
• Train Assistant Client Managers in interpersonal skills.
• Work with the Senior Production Manager on job finalization.
• Assist in training junior accountants and bookkeepers.
• Lead Sales and Onboarding meetings.
• Prospect and onboard new customers.
• Perform final reviews of financial statements and tax computations.
• Ensure adherence to reporting deadlines.
• Communicate complex information simply to clients.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in accounting or professional services.
• Experience managing a team of 3 to 5 members.
• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Singapore Financial Statements and Tax Computation.
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and GST.
• Prior experience with Xero accounting software preferred.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to simplify complex technical information.
• Interest in testing new software and tech solutions.
