Renewals Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Client Experience team as a Renewals Coordinator. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our client renewals process, ensuring smooth billing operations and delivering excellent service to our schools during renewal cycles.

In Short

• Manage invoicing and billing operations for client renewals.
• Resolve billing inquiries and support client retention.
• Generate and process renewal invoices using NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Coordinate with Finance for billing accuracy.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and support tickets.
• Coordinate payment plans for clients with budget constraints.
• Maintain accurate records of renewal activities.
• Support data management and financial reporting processes.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on renewal operations.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Experience with billing/invoicing software (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple renewal cycles and deadlines.
• Interest in K-12 education and international schools preferred.
• 1-3 years experience in billing, collections, or customer service roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
