Overview

The Debt Solutions Administrator will provide exceptional service to clients while supporting a team of Licensed Insolvency Trustees and Debt Solutions Managers with various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 3 years’ experience in an administrative or clerical role.
• Experience in consumer insolvency is highly desirable.
• Natural ability to recognize and speak to the client’s emotional state.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• High computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• A team player who can also work independently.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset.
