Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of HR experience
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in account management within PEO or similar industry
• Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits systems
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexibility for urgent HR matters
• Preferred certifications: HRCI, PHR, SHRM
