HR Generalist / PEO Account Manager - Remote

Overview

The HR Generalist / PEO Account Manager is responsible for managing client account relationships, ensuring compliance, and providing excellent HR services.

• Manage all aspects of client account relationships.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in PEO, HR Outsourcing, or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with organizational skills.
• Flexibility to address urgent issues.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
