Overview

The Partner Manager for the DACH region at Factbird will develop and execute partner strategies to strengthen alliances in the manufacturing ecosystem, focusing on Food & Beverage, CPG, and Packaging sectors.

In Short

Develop and lead Factbird’s EMEA partner strategy.
Build and manage relationships with key partners.
Create joint value propositions for market initiatives.
Work with sales teams to generate pipeline and revenue.
Enable partners through onboarding and training.
Measure partner performance against KPIs.
Represent Factbird at industry events and forums.

Requirements

7+ years’ experience in manufacturing consultancy or transformation.
Fluency in German and English.
Strong professional network in the DACH region.
Success in managing partnerships.
Understanding of factory operations and digital transformation.
Experience with digital manufacturing technologies.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel within EMEA.
