Overview

As a Senior UX Copywriter at Facet, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products by crafting engaging copy. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to create intuitive and informative experiences for our members.

• Craft jargon-free, concise, user-friendly content for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers from ideation to launch.
• Advocate for content decisions in cross-functional and executive reviews.
• Participate in rapid experimentation and user testing.

• Write and edit a wide range of content including microcopy and help documentation.
• Evolve and maintain content style guides.
• Partner with legal and compliance to ensure content adheres to regulations.

Requirements

• Online portfolio of UX writing samples required.
• 7+ years of experience as a Senior UX Copywriter.
• Strong examples of injecting brand personality in your portfolio.
• Proven experience conducting user research.
• Experience in the Financial industry is a plus.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
