Financial Planner (Remote)

Overview

As a Financial Planner at Facet, you will be a key player in helping our members receive incredible comprehensive financial planning. Your job is to provide continuity when a Senior Planner is unavailable by evaluating member situations and delivering on time and accurate advice.

In Short

• Responsible for reviewing incoming member messages while Senior Planners are out on parental leave or out of the office.
• Efficiently synthesize members needs and partner with team members to coordinate solutions.
• Meet with members to address their questions and deliver recommended next steps.
• Become an expert on in-house tools to assist planners.
• Guide members through implementation of their plan.
• Manage a small group of members as the sole planner.

Requirements

• CFP® designation.
• 1+ years of member facing financial planning experience.
• Effective follow up and typing/written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional time management and communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
