Overview

The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead and manage cybersecurity programs within F5's Cybersecurity team, focusing on risk management, compliance, and technical delivery.

In Short

Lead cross-functional cybersecurity programs.
Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders.
Drive enhancements within ServiceNow IRM.
Develop and track KPIs/KRIs.
Stay current on regulatory standards.
Manage cybersecurity risk assessments.

Occasional travel required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
9+ years in IT Risk Management or Cybersecurity.
7+ years in a Technical Program Manager role.
Experience with security frameworks.
Excellent communication skills.
Technical credibility in infrastructure security.
Ability to influence across teams.
Proactive problem-solving mindset.
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM.
Experience with ServiceNow IRM is a plus.
