Systems Configuration Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Systems Configuration Engineer will support global program implementation by setting up and configuring client programs and demo environments in internal systems.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end setup of new client programs, from project close to launch.
• Configure program settings and participant data in internal platforms.
• Collaborate with various teams using tools like Salesforce and Slack.
• Coordinate and support demo program setup for prospective clients.
• Provide platform guidance and best practices to internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and escalate risks.
• Test and validate new features, sharing feedback with Product and Engineering.
• Stay current on platform functionality and product roadmap developments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in application support or implementation.
• A degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail and process accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• A customer-focused mindset with a drive for quality.
• Confidence working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
