Global Senior Accountant - Remote

Overview

Ezra is seeking a Global Senior Accountant responsible for month-end activities and financial analysis to support the organization’s financial integrity and growth.

In Short

• Assist with month-end processes for accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and review key accounts.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information.
• Manage revenue activities and collaborate on accounts receivable.
• Oversee accounts payable and procurement activities.
• Support audit processes and internal documentation.
• Handle specific accounting activities for Ezra and LHH.
• Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
• Other related duties as required.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• CPA preferred.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Innovative mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Outlook, Peoplesoft, Dynamics, and Salesforce.
• ERP experience.
