Overview

As a Senior GL Accountant at Panoptyc, you will manage day-to-day accounting tasks and support the company's growth in a fully remote environment.

In Short

• Manage Accounts Payable tasks and vendor records.
• Oversee month-end close procedures and reconciliation.
• Support sales tax processing and compliance.
• Prepare financial statements for reporting.
• Maintain documentation and filing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Stripe and Ramp preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
