Overview

As a Solutions Architect on the SaaS Operations team at ezCater, you will work directly with enterprise prospects and customers to design and customize technical solutions that meet their food for work needs.

In Short

• Partner with Sales Team to customize technical solutions for Enterprise customers.
• Identify prospect pain points and design solutions based on ezCater platforms.
• Translate technology capabilities into customer solutions.
• Work with Product Teams to improve the platform and define product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Marketing to communicate technical capabilities.
• Develop commercial relationships with new technology partners.
• Stay updated on industry trending technology partners.
• Travel for on-site meetings and trade shows as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Management, or 10+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on technology and relationship management experience.
• Ability to resolve issues under pressure.
• Understanding of how technology relates to business needs.
• Proven experience with technology solutions and integrations.
• Exceptional communication skills for consulting with customers and partners.
• Strong relationship-building skills with various stakeholders.
• Curiosity and creativity for solving operational challenges.
• Strong technical knowledge for consulting on technical needs.
• Operational understanding of integrations and designing solutions.
