Overview

As a BPO Specialist on the Outsource Operations team at ezCater, you will support the day-to-day operations of our BPO programs, ensuring roster accuracy and serving as the primary operational bridge between ezCater and our BPO partners.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a contact center or operations coordination role
• Hands-on experience with roster and schedule management
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Familiarity with contact center tools
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and organization
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
• Comfort working with remote teams
