Overview

Extenteam is currently looking for a Remote Vacation Rental Specialist to join our growing organization and undertake the following tasks.

In Short

• Serve as the primary contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Respond to in-house guest emails, chats, and texts.
• Make outbound calls to incoming guests before arrival.
• Manage the end-to-end reservation process.
• Check and respond to guest reviews.
• Assist property owners with questions.
• Process daily reservation reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for efficient operations.
• Data entry for onboarding of properties.
• Update listings in OTA systems.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual setting.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking software.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail in data entry tasks.
• Ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
• Knowledge of vacation rental industry is a plus.
• Empathy and professionalism in guest interactions.
