• Identify high-impact opportunities to improve claim operations, servicing and fulfillment processes.
• Assist risk analytics by diving into claim performance and loss trends.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intellectually curious and creative problem solver.
• 4+ years of work experience as a data analyst.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, claims, or risk analytics.
• Expertise with SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Familiarity with Python and Github.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree from Maths, Statistics, or a relevant major.
• Empathy and humility.
