Clinical Talent Acquisition Sourcing Lead - Remote

We’re a fast-growing, fully remote healthcare organization on a mission to improve access to care—and we know our people make that possible. As we expand, we are adding a new role to our Continuous Improvement team. We are seeking a Clinical Talent Acquisition Sourcing Lead who will own and drive Expressable’s passive sourcing strategy for clinical hiring.

In Short

• Proactively source, engage, and nurture passive SLP and clinician candidates.
• Develop and refine outreach messaging and engagement strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM/ATS documentation and pipeline visibility.
• Lead and coach the Clinical Talent Sourcer.
• Partner cross-functionally to strengthen sourcing strategy.
• Drive KPI accountability and reporting consistency.
• Monitor pipeline health and sourcing KPIs.
• Experience working in a high-growth, remote environment.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
• Build and interpret dashboards using ATS analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Success sourcing for licensed clinicians (e.g., SLPs).
• Experience building outbound sourcing strategies.
• Prior experience mentoring or coaching a sourcer.
• Strong track record using data to improve sourcing performance.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS and CRM tools.
• Comfort using outreach automation tools.
• High attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
