At BJAK, we believe world-class products start with world-class people. We're expanding our talent footprint and looking for an Indonesia Lead, Talent Acquisition to drive our hiring efforts in Indonesia - supporting our Malaysia HQ remotely.

In Short

• Own full-cycle hiring across diverse functions, focusing on tech and product teams.
• Act as a talent quality gatekeeper, screening CVs and assessing candidates.
• Proactively source exceptional candidates through various platforms and strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements.
• Conduct meaningful interviews to uncover potential and values alignment.
• Deliver structured feedback to candidates and internal teams.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through transparent communication.
• Manage and improve the hiring funnel using ATS and recruitment metrics.
• Monitor talent trends in Indonesia to shape hiring strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech or startup environments.
• Proven success hiring across multiple functions and levels.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment best practices.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
