Talent Acquisition Lead - Remote

As we expand our presence in Taiwan, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead (Taiwan) to drive hiring across critical roles - especially in engineering, product, and operations. This is a hybrid role based in Taiwan, supporting both local and regional hiring needs while working closely with our HQ in Malaysia.

In this strategic role, you’ll take full ownership of end-to-end hiring in Taiwan and for selected remote roles across the region. You’ll partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and close mission-aligned talent who will help us build the future of financial access across Asia.

In Short

• Lead full-cycle hiring for Taiwan-based roles, focusing on tech, product, and operations.
• Act as a talent quality gatekeeper, screening CVs and ensuring alignment with BJAK’s values.
• Source proactively using local platforms and professional networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals and deliver on hiring targets.
• Conduct structured, values-driven interviews.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience through transparent communication.
• Maintain and optimize recruitment pipelines using ATS tools.
• Stay informed on Taiwan’s talent market trends to advise hiring strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech or startup environments.
• Proven success hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong sourcing skills using local platforms and industry networks.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working hybrid in Taiwan and remotely with cross-border teams.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
